We have a no smoking policy
throughout the hotel.
Rooms are available from 3.30pm and we ask guests to vacate
their rooms by 10.30am on departure. Please advise if your
arrival time is likely to be later than 8.00pm . Refunds are
not given for late arrival, early departure or meals not taken.
Reservations should be accompanied by a deposit of £100 per person per week or the cost of the first night’s accommodation for shorter stays. Deposits are non refundable.
In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation; if this is unsuccessful you will be liable for two thirds of the total value of the booking and we reserve the right to pursue this amount. Guests are advised to take out insurance against cancellation.
Most major credit and debit cards (except American Express) are accepted. Cheques are accepted only by prior arrangement or if fully covered by a valid banker’s card.
There is ample private on-site parking for guests. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to, or from, vehicles parked on our premises unless caused by our negligence.
